We start you right, with one on one training with a coach, to teach you proper movement patterns, how to move safely, and how to modify anything to fit you!
In each session, a coach will instruct and demonstrate proper and safe movements that are used in our group fitness classes. We will also assess your range of motion and apply various modifications that get you moving safely, efficiently, and confidently.
Once you are confident in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you will graduate to our regular Group Fitness and CrossFit classes and enjoy the full experience!
