HYROX

As a Hyrox Training Club, our group classes offer complete functional athletic workouts that include endurance, strength, power, and aerobic capacity. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, HYROX classes are designed to be accessible and inclusive. 

Our classes are hosted in a dynamic environment, creating a supportive and motivating atmosphere. HYROX classes emphasize functional strength and endurance, preparing you for real-life movements and challenges. Expect a mix of running, sled pushes, rowing, burpee broad jumps, and more.

SPARQ TRAINING

SPARQ Training is a comprehensive approach to athletic development that focuses on building a strong foundation of overall athleticism, encompassing speed, power, agility, reaction, and quickness. Whether you’re a young athlete just starting out or a seasoned professional looking to push your limits, SPARQ Training provides the tools and techniques to unlock your full potential. This program improves sports performance by teaching proper mechanics to increase speed, agility, and reaction time. It also involves strength training to increase overall power and balance.

TEENS/KID Classes

Get active and have fun with our engaging fitness classes for kids and teens, designed to boost confidence, improve skills, and promote a healthy lifestyle! We offer a variety of programs to suit all ages and fitness levels. We believe that fitness should be enjoyable, so our classes are designed to be fun and motivating. Our programs focus on building essential skills, including strength, agility, coordination, and teamwork. Our classes provide a great opportunity for kids and teens to connect with others and build friendships. We are committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle and helping kids and teens develop a lifelong love of physical activity.

PERSONAL TRAINING

 If you prefer a more individualized approach, we offer personal training programs to fit a variety of needs. If you need help recovering from an injury, sport-specific training, or just prefer 1-on-1 instruction, our trainers are here for you. They are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals through personalized training programs and unwavering support. FOUNDATIONS/Functional Movement

Our Foundations/Functional movement classes are geared towards seniors and individuals who are mostly sedentary. These classes focus on exercises that mimic everyday activities, improving balance, mobility, and strength to enhance daily living and reduce fall risk. Enhanced physical function allows individuals to remain active and independent, leading to a better quality of life.

Our 24-hour open gym access is perfect for our members who need the freedom and flexibility to workout on their own schedule. Open Gym offers a flexible, unstructured environment for you to pursue your fitness goals, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, with access to a variety of equipment and the freedom to work out at your own pace.
